From Chicagoland, Stephanie is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) from the National Pilates Comprehensive Program. Over 1000 hours of Pilates training and continuing education, and 10 plus years of teaching experience under the Pilates Method. In addition to her Pilates education, she participated in a years long Pilates apprenticeship in Chicago at oneBody Studio, where she fully immersed herself in functional movement Pilates to dive deeper and gain more knowledge in Pilates movement and body mechanics. She is both Classical Pilates and Contemporary Pilates trained. She is also a graduate of Columbia College in Chicago earning a Bachelors of Arts.
Teaching since 2014, she has experience with people who work long hours at their desk- to improving posture, people with back pain, discs injuries, pre/post natal Pilates, helping athletes improve their game, cueing bodies from any other pain or alignment issues or simply to enhance and strengthen their physical fitness. She is a full time Pilates teacher. She is very detailed in her teaching and creates specialized sessions for each of her students to help them reach their fitness goals or guide them through recovery from injury. With ten plus years of teaching experience, she loves helping people become strong and mobile so they have the ability to move freely, yet remain connected in their body.
Stephanie is devoted to pilates. I have taken classes with her since she first became an instructor. Before the pandemic, I went to a weekly in person class at the studio but have since converted to virtual pilates. When we moved to online classes in 2020, Stephanie skillfully guided us to be the best and the strongest we could be. She watches us like a hawk on the screen.. She'll tell us to move our feet an inch or two, or remind us when we are letting go of a particular muscle on one side - small actions that she can see from watching us intently and that change everything about an exercise. Stephanie is also hyper conscious of any injuries that someone may have and provides options for all. Her ability to guide a class from start to finish is incredible. Everything has a purpose. I've been taking pilates classes for close to 20 years and Stephanie is far and away the best instructor I've had! I hope that we can keep working together for many more years to come!!

What brought me to Fond du Lac? My husband is originally from here! We decided to move to his hometown in 2022 to raise our boys. I still continue to see my Chicago clients virtually for pilates on a weekly basis. Pilates is truly for any body. Teaching full time I always strive to have all my students feel challenged, strong, mobile, and pain-free not just in the session but after they are done.
When I'm not teaching pilates, I love spending time with my family, cooking, and continuing education to keep up with my credentials.
