A home based pilates private studio

Private Pilates Sessions

 60min one-on-one pilates session tailored to your unique needs and goals.  The private sessions take place in her home pilates studio. Equipped with a pilates reformer, pilates chair, half cadillac/tower, arc, rollers and other props. 


Teacher BIo

Stephanie Jackl, NCPT

From Chicagoland, Stephanie is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT). In addition to her Pilates education, she participated in an apprenticeship in Chicago where she fully immersed herself in functional movement Pilates to dive deeper into helping and challenging students. She is also a graduate of Columbia College in Chicago earning a bachelors of arts and science degree. Teaching since 2014, she has experience with people who work long hours at their desk, helping athletes improve their game, people who have back pain, and conditioning bodies from pain or alignment issues, or simply to enhance their health. She is very detailed in her teaching and creates specialized sessions for each of her students to help them reach their goals or guide them through recovery from injury. With ten plus years of teaching experience, she loves helping people become strong and mobile so they have the ability to move freely, yet remain connected in their body. 

If interested in pilates group mat classes, please email below. Mat classes can be for pop-up classes to the public, independent contracting for businesses, for private parties, or for corporate events. 

Little more about Stephanie Jackl

What brought me to Fond du Lac? My husband is originally from here! We got married and decided to move to his hometown to raise our family. We love going to the parks in town, and having a big backyard for our two boys to play!  When I'm not doing pilates, I love spending time with my family, cooking, continuing ed, and working on my golf game! With my 10 plus years of teaching pilates in Chicago I'm excited to bring Pilates to Fond du Lac!
